Eligible for Scope City Rewards at Check-out

StarGPS 16-channel GPS for Telescopes, GPS-NX01

This new 16-channel GPS-NX01 receiver works with the Astro-Physics GTO, Celestron NexStar, Losmandy Gemini, Meade 494/497/497EP Autostar, LX200 Classic, Orion Atlas/Sirius GoTo, Sky-Watcher SynScan, Vixen StarBook and StarBook Type-S.

Imagine if your telescope could access the Global Positioning System so that it always knew when and where you were observing from. No more checking your watch, looking up site coordinates or fiddling with the keypad to enter the date, time, latitude and longitude. StarGPS uses a single cable to connect your telescope to the GPS receiver and automatically input these values... making your telescope setup much easier and more precise!

The GPS receiver is smaller than a computer mouse (See the picture).

StarGPS-NX is the "plug-and-play" solution for your Astro-Physics GTO, Celestron NexStar, Losmandy Gemini, Meade 494 Autostar, Meade 497/497EP Autostar, LX200 Classic, Orion Atlas/Sirius GoTo, Sky-Watcher SynScan, Vixen StarBook and StarBook Type-S. It includes a GPS-NX01 receiver and your choice of one adapter cable. No software is required since the GPS receiver outputs commands and data that the telescope already understands (see "Using StarGPS-NX"). Simply connect the GPS to your telescope, turn on the scope, and watch the GPS LED indicate:
