Ordering online with Scope City is as easy as 1,2,3. First, browse through our
selection of exciting items in over 200 categories and choose the
item(s) you would like to purchase. Then add the item to your shopping
cart and proceed shopping or continue to check out. That’s
it! It’s that easy.
After you have clicked "Place Order", your order begins to process and
you cannot make any online changes to your order. To change or cancel
your order prior to shipment, you must e-mail a Customer Service
Representative at

Please note that most orders process quickly and can enter the shipping
process within minutes. If your order has already entered the shipping
process, it cannot be changed or canceled.
ScopeCity.com is required by law to charge 8.25% sales tax for orders with shipping
addresses within the state of California or 8.10% sales tax for Nevada.
Absolutely! We use Secure Socket Layer (SSL) encryption to ensure that your personal
information cannot be intercepted and read by a third party. Your
personal information and your credit card information are converted
into bits of code that are transmitted securely. None of our customers
have ever reported fraudulent use of their credit card information
as a result of giving it to us over the Web, but if you ever suspect
that your credit card information is being used without your knowledge,
you should contact your credit card company immediately.
Scope City values our international customers and offers a wide
variety of products for export. We welcome our international customers

would like to place an order, please email a list of the products
you would like to order, your physical shipping address, country
and postal code, a telephone or fax number, and any questions
you may want answered.
Many international orders can be paid securely by bank wire transfer.
An alternative is a cashier’s or bank draft check, from a United
States bank in US Dollars. We do not accept credit cards for international

fees not included in the price quote are the responsibility of
you the customer.
Some manufacturers do not allow their products to be shipped outside
the United States. We welcome your inquiries and we will try to provide
a list of alternative products when available.
International Orders may also be paid by either Paypal or GoogleCheckout.
Please be aware that shipping charges will be higher than shown on receipt.
Free shipping offers do not apply to international orders.
Orders outside
the 48 Contiguous States (For residents of Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto
Rico, APO’s, FPO’s and Canada)
Residents of Hawaii, Alaska, and Puerto Rico of the US, and Canada
should email us at
to inquire about shipping rates before placing an order. Scopecity.com
will assume that if you place an order to be shipped to Hawaii, Alaska
or Canada that you understand that the shipping rate will be higher than
shown on the order receipt. Many factors that cannot be calculated, including
fuel surcharges and air freight/commodity charges that carriers charge
vary from day-to-day. We will inform you the customer of our rates before
charging your credit card, if requested in the optional shipping instructions.
APO and FPO orders: Any order placed by an APO or FPO
address will be shipped via the US Postal Service, Priority Mail
service and fully insured for the total amount of the order (subject
to the United States Postal Service Limitations). Since the US
Postal service allows only certain items to be shipped by Air
Parcel Post or Economy Post, Scope City will at its discretion
use these services. There is no method of tracking for orders
via the US Postal service to military APO or FPO addresses. We
will provide you with the insurance claim number if necessary
Scopecity.com will assume that if you place an order to be shipped
to an APO or FPO address that you understand that the shipping
rate will be higher than shown on the order receipt. If you would
like a firm quote on the shipping costs please email a list of
the items you want to order and the zip code that these items
are to be ship to at

In some cases additional information will need to be provided
via email or fax. Scopecity.com participates in the credit card
security program and Address Verification System of all major
credit cards. We will request this additional information when
necessary.
Scope City will also accept most credit cards from Canadian residents.
Additional shipping charges will be applied to all orders. Some additional
information may be required to complete your order. We will request this
information via email or telephone if necessary. If payment is made via
bank wire transfer, no other information is required. Please contact

RETURNS
We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase from www.scopecity.com.
If you are not satisfied with an item you have purchased from
www.scopecity.com, you
may return the item within 15 days of receipt for a full refund
of the purchase price, less any freight and handling charges.
The item must be returned in original condition, in
original packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories
to ensure full credit.
A refund may take up to 30 days to fully process and be returned to you. You will
be refunded the freight charges if the return is a result of a shipping
error on our part.
- The product(s) must be packed in its original condition before it
is returned.
- Enclose one copy of the packing slip with the item. Be sure to keep
one copy of the packing slip for your own records.
- All products must be returned in original condition, in original
packaging, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to ensure full
credit.
- All return shipping charges must be prepaid by the customer. No C.O.D.
deliveries.
- Products with "Free Shipping" includes shipping charges
built into the price. If the product is returned by the customer, the
refund amount is to be the sale price, less shipping charges.
For your protection, we recommend that you use UPS Standard or Insured Parcel

Keep the Return Tracking Number from the package you are returning to ensure
that the package is returned to us.
SHIPPING
We currently offer several shipping options within the United States. Our preferred
carrier is United Parcel Services (UPS). Shipping times vary from
2 to 10 working days for standard shipping and 1 to 3 days for express

Free Shipping Offers
Scope City occasionally offers free shipping on certain items. Only items marked
"Free Shipping" qualify for this promotion. By participating in the free
shipping offer you agree to the following:
- 1) Free Shipping promotion offered by scopecity.com and Scope City
are "Limited Time Offers"
- 2) Scope City and scopecity.com reserve the right to limit the shipping
method to which items and orders are shipped.
- 3) Free Shipping offers are good on qualifying items only. Some items
do not qualify. These include heavy or otherwise large packaged items.
- 4) Expedited Shipping does not qualify as a shipping method for free
shipping. If you choose the Expedited Shipping option on qualified "Free
Shipping" item, you are authorizing scopecity.com to charge your credit
card the price of shipping and handling for the Expedited Shipping option.
- 5) Scope City, Inc., scopecity.com and Management reserve the right
to cancel or modify this offer at anytime.
- 6) Free shipping offers refer to orders shipped within the contiguous
48 states only.
- 7) Products with "Free Shipping" includes shipping charges

Scope City can ship most orders to any location within the 48 Contiguous United
States and world wide. For complete shipping information, refer

A UPS tracking number can be found in the e-mail sent to you confirming that your
order has been shipped. Use that number at www.ups.com
to check the status of your order online. It may take 24 hours before
tracking information appears on the UPS's web site. If Scope City
ships an order with any carrier other than UPS, we will provide
all information available to you via email.
If your order appears late, remember:
- Credit card approval must be received prior to processing.
- Overnight orders placed after 12-Noon EST are processed the
following day.
- Overnight delivery only occurs on business days (Mondays through
Fridays, EXCLUDING HOLIDAYS).
You can look at past and pending orders. You must be a Registered Customer to
use Order Status. Click on Order Status at the top of the page on
www.scopecity.com.
You should receive two e-mails after you have
placed your order and provided us with a valid e-mail address:
- The first confirms that your order has been received (your
order confirmation number will be included); this e-mail should
arrive within approximately 24 hours.
- The second email confirms your order has been shipped and any
tracking information will be included when available.
Your shipping charges will appear in the box marked "shipping charges"
at checkout for your convenience.
